I've worked inside Workday and Inditex, and partnered with organisations including Electrolux, Telia, LEGO and Svitzer on transformation challenges across Europe, South America, Asia and Russia.

I started Swan Talks because I kept seeing the same pattern: organisations with good strategies, failing because nobody had taken the time to understand where the people actually stood.
